If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any items. Returns and Exchanges are accepted ONLY within 30 days of purchase. When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unused item(s) in it's original condition
2) All original paperwork, such as packing slip and invoice

Returning Damaged Product
All merchandise is scrutinized for imperfections prior to shipping to ensure quality and satisfaction. If you receive a defective product, you MUST notify us within 3 days by e-mail of receipt of the item to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Unless damaged goods are caused by error on our part, Shipping/Handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable in most cases.
Crediting Your Returns
Gourmand Apron Creations.com will credit your credit card account once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given and an email confirmation will be sent to you. Every credit card has different posting cycles, therefore, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
