Returning Damaged Product
All merchandise is scrutinized for imperfections prior to shipping to ensure quality and satisfaction. If you receive a defective product, you MUST notify us within 3 days by e-mail of receipt of the item to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Unless damaged goods are caused by error on our part, Shipping/Handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable in most cases
